各位教職員、各位同學：

秋季學期將於 9月1日 開始。隨着長假後不同校園 / 學校陸續恢復上課，不少同學及教職員將會同一時間返回校園，預期交通較易出現擠塞及等候時間延長。為減少對大家上學／上班時間的影響，敬請大家按需要適當調整出發時間，並提早預留交通緩衝。

為方便大家了解最新安排，現將重點提醒如下：

一、公共巴士及小巴

  1. 上午特快／直達服務

    • 坑口早上特快 91B（不停站專綫、直達科大停校園落客）：巴士公司會因應實際需求增加班次，詳情請參閱連結。
       
    • 鑽石山早上 91P亦會進入並停靠科大校園落客，詳情請參閱連結。

      

  1. 下午特別班次

    • 下午往旺角291P 的特別班次將會恢復，請參閱連結。

  2. 善用雙層巴士／留意候車情況

    • 請大家多考慮使用 雙層巴士，尤其當你在 坑口公共交通交匯處或彩虹近牛池灣村外的小巴站遇到人龍、輪候時間較長時。
       
    • 大學與運輸署商議後，運輸署已要求巴士及小巴承辦商於繁忙或晚間下課時間 加強服務、安排特別班次，並派員協調。

  3. 即時到站資訊

    • 請按此使用大學新推出的網站，查看科大所有 小巴／巴士實時到站情況及其他相關交通消息。

二、穿梭巴士

  1. 除既有路線外，學生可選乘：

    • 新增青衣線 (詳情請按此處)

    • 免費的坑口線 (詳情請按此處)

  2. 早上與下午的鑽石山及將軍澳線亦有加強班次，詳情請參閱連結。
     
  3. 維持晚間服務
    • 22:15 將有一班分別往 將軍澳及 鑽石山，詳情請參閱連結。
       
  4. 可能因應情況調整
    • 請留意個別線路的服務時間或會改動；巴士班次亦會按實際需求調整，詳情請參閱連結。
       
  5. 我們預計用車人數較多，造成不便敬希見諒，亦多謝大家理解與配合。

三、教職員巴士

  • 教職員可選擇乘搭 教職員巴士，詳情請參閱連結。

四、其他事項

  • 大學穿梭巴士及九龍巴士有限公司已開始使用電動巴士服務大學。

  • 為方便大家於下午繁忙時段搭乘不同特別巴士班次（例如 91P及291P），大學已於南門巴士站進行相關改善工程。

  • 安排較強載客力的雙層巴士進入校園落客，實有賴多方面支持與努力，謹此致謝：校園管理處、校園發展處、保安部、法務處、健康、安全及環境處，以及特別感謝運輸署。

Dear all staff and students,

The Fall Term will commence on 1 September. With the resumption of classes, schools after the long holiday, traffic congestion and longer waiting times for buses/minibuses are expected. To minimise any impact on your arrival schedule, you are kindly advised to adjust your commuting time accordingly and allow extra travel buffer.

Key reminders are as follows:

1) Public Buses and Minibuses

  • Morning express/direct services:

    • Hang Hau Express 91B (non-stop, point-to-point with campus drop-off) – additional services may be arranged based on actual demand. Click here to check.

    • Diamond Hill 91P (with campus drop-off) – details click here.    

        

  • Afternoon special services:

    • The Mongkok 291P special service will resume. Please check here.

  • Consider double-deckers where queues are long, especially at the Hang Hau Public Transport Interchange or the minibus stops at Choi Hung near Ngau Chi Wan Village.

  • Operators have been requested by the Transport Department to strengthen services and arrange special trips when necessary.

  • Please check the newly launched website here to view real-time arrival information for all buses/minibuses serving HKUST and other relevant updates.

2) University Shuttle Buses

  • Besides existing routes, students may consider:

    • the new Tsing Yi route (click here)

    • the free Hang Hau route (click here)

  • Diamond Hill and Tseung Kwan O routes (morning and afternoon) have been strengthened. Click here.

  • Late evening service will be maintained at 22:15 (to both Tseung Kwan O and Diamond Hill).

  • Schedules may be adjusted due to actual demand; please click here for updates.

  • We expect high ridership. Your patience is much appreciated.

3) Staff Buses

  • Staff may take staff buses. Please refer to the link here for details.

4) Other Notes

  • University shuttle buses and KMB services have started using electric buses to serve the HKUST.

  • To facilitate special departures in the afternoon (e.g., 91P and 291P), the University has carried out modification work at the South Bus Station.

  • Thank you to CMO, CDO, HSEO, Legal Office, Security Office and, in particular, the Transport Department for arranging campus stops for double-deckers.
