Description

UniLodge consists of 9 comfortable and modern serviced apartments, each with a double bed room, 5 of them are with an addition bedroom.  Sizes ranging from 32m² to 52m², each apartment is practically designed with a living and dining room, a bathroom, an opened kitchenette and a washer & dryer.  In addition, there is a courtyard and a common lounge cum gym at the lobby area.

We use high-tech smart access control and home automation system in UniLodge, and provide weekly housekeeping service for the apartments that includes changing of bed linens and towels and dusting of living and dining area.

The apartments are for university’s visiting faculties* only.  Booking priority is given according to the ranks.  The lease is on a short-term contract with a minimum stay period of 2 months.  For staying less than 2 months, bookings will be referred to Conference Lodge, a visitor accommodation facility on campus.  Rental charges will be deducted from the salaries of the visiting faculties.

* The eligible applicants shall hold an employment contract issued by Human Resources Office of HKUST.
